Subject to the requirements set forth below, the design, development and maintenance of Web pages on the Internet designed by TMP Directional Marketing for the purpose of advertising Panasonic CCTV products will qualify for cooperative advertising reimbursement.

CCTV has contracted with TMP Directional Marketing, 7800 W. Brown Deeer Rd., Milwaukee, WI 53223, Telephone: (800) 223-0074; Fax: (414) 368-5520; www.tmpdm.com; to be its exclusive and sole agency for the production of Panasonic branded CCTV Web Pages designed for our dealers.

Panasonic CCTV has contracted TMP Directional Marketing to produce a three-page Web site to provide updated product information on our product line at an extremely low cost. The basic package cost is only $200/year, which may be totally reimbursable under our CCTV Cooperative Advertising Program resulting in no out-of-pocket expense to your firm. Panasonic CCTV in conjunction with TMP Directional Marketing has created two distinct designs that you may choose from to create this Web site.

If you do not have a Web site, TMP Directional Marketing can create one for you — with a custom URL — using the page styles listed below.

If you have a Web site, you can still purchase three Panasonic branded product Web pages, and TMP will provide you with a link or button that will link the pages to your current site.
All pages under this program will reside on a TMP Directional Marketing server.

Panasonic will provide an Extranet for the CCTV Dealers that will allow access to information on the program, viewing of available templates, and ordering of their Web pages online. The Extranet can be accessed at www.CCTV-Dealers.com. Orders sent via the Extranet will be sent directly to TMP for implementation.

This new online media package to promote the Panasonic CCTV line of products on the Internet works similarly to our current Yellow Pages arrangement that is administered by TMP Directional Marketing and handled through the Panasonic CCTV Co-op plan.

The following documentation is required in order to receive reimbursement for qualifying TMP Directional Marketing designed CCTV Dealer Web Page Program.

Authorized dealer must submit a completed Cooperative Advertising Claim Form. If you do not have an ID and Password, please contact Peter Prestia at (201) 392-4659. For verification purposes you must indicate your URL address in Section B of your claim form. CCTV has the right at any time to amend design and/or content created by TMP Directional Marketing, if necessary. Front and back copy of canceled check for cost of Web pages

Electronic files of all dealer Web pages remain the property of the Panasonic CCTV Dealer. Electronic files of the Extranet site remain property of Panasonic. Web pages will go live once TMP Directional Marketing receives payment in full. Due to inherent nature of electronic media, TMP Directional Marketing and Panasonic cannot be held liable for lost or damaged information. TMP Directional Marketing and Panasonic are only liable for up to, but not greater than the amount listed herein.
